Meet Jayden ↓

A little about me

I’m Jayden Mendivil—a filmmaker and athlete drawn to stories that feel honest, lived, and deeply human. The way I create is shaped by the way I live: through movement, travel, competition, faith, and the people I meet along the way.

The vision behind mend.

Mend is the faith-driven production company I’m building around a simple belief: stories can do more than entertain. They can help people heal, feel understood, and return to what matters.

It began with the realization that filmmaking couldn’t only be about what I wanted to achieve. I believe God gave me this gift to serve something beyond myself—to tell honest stories, create work rooted in hope, and leave people with something that stays after the screen goes dark.

Mend is still at the beginning, but the purpose is already clear: to create meaningful films with people who care deeply about why they exist.

Creative Direction

I build stories around feeling. Movement, silence, rhythm, and the moments people usually overlook all shape the way I create.

Whether I’m documenting an athlete, a place, or something deeply personal, I look for the honest details that make a story feel human. The goal is never just to make something look cinematic. It is to leave people feeling something real.

Collaboration

I’m always looking to connect with people who love creating — filmmakers, athletes, brands, and storytellers who care about the work itself.

Here’s to building visuals that matter.
